since you have come to this website, you are probably curious who and why created it and developed the e-courses available here, and so we hasten to introduce ourselves to you:

World Languages (or, in Polish, Języki Świata) is a private institution whose mission is to promote Polish culture and heritage by providing Polish language courses accessible worldwide.

World Languages was founded by qualified teachers of Polish as a foreign language. Our main activity is providing Polish language teaching and tutoring services in three major Polish cities: Warsaw, Krakow and Sopot. We organize in-school and in-company courses in Polish for everyone who comes to Poland and decides to get to know the language, whether for work-related purposes, fascination with the culture or simply fun.

However, we have decided that teaching Polish by means of traditional, on-site classroom courses is not enough anymore to popularize Polish worldwide. Sometimes people who wish to learn the language cannot come all the way to Poland to do so; sometimes they wish to learn the basics of Polish before they arrive. Therefore, taking advantage of the widespread use of technology today, we have launched a breakthrough educational project – the e-learn Polish language learning platform!

We are proud to be the first educational institution worldwide to launch a professional, quality e-learning platform focused exclusively on the Polish language. We hope that our e-courses will help you learn Polish in a way that is effective, time-efficient and fun. We also hope knowing this language will help you at work, school or in your private life. Perhaps you will appreciate the beauty of this centuries-old Slavic language and come to enjoy it so much that you will also wish to explore Poland, with its exceptional culture, tradition and people.

Finally, we wish to use this space to thank the European Union and the European Regional Development Fund, without whose financial support we would not have been able to develop all the e-courses you will find on this website.
